(1) 疑問詞としての用法
whose に ever を加えると、疑問詞の意味を強調することができます。
1. Whosever [Whose ever] car is that?
1. あれは一体誰の車ですか。
2. Whosever [Whose ever] is that?
2. あれは一体誰の(もの)ですか。
※ whose と ever は、離しても構いません。
※ 1. の whosever car の whosever は、car を修飾[形容]する疑問形容詞で、2. の whosever は、car が省略されたもので、疑問代名詞になります。
whose の直後に on earth や in the world を置いても同じような意味になります。
whose car の場合、whose の直後に on earth [in the world] を入れて car を続ける場合と、whose car の後に入れる場合の両方のケースがありますが、一応前者が正用法だとされているようです。
1. = Whose on earth [in the world] car is that? (○)
1. = Whose car on earth [in the world] is that? (△)
1. あれは一体誰の車ですか。
2. Whose on earth [in the world] is that?
2. あれは一体誰の(もの)ですか。
(2) 関係形容詞・関係代名詞としての用法
この用法の whosever はあまり見かけません。
日本の辞書には、「whoever の所有格」と書かれているだけでほとんど例文が載っていませんし、海外の辞書は見出し語にすら含まれていない辞書が多く、載せられていても「rare ： まれ」とラベルが貼られています。
割愛しようかと思ったんですけど、やはり念のために解説しておきます。

※ この用法の場合は、 whoever と一語で綴ります。
注意すべき点は、
3. の例文の whosever car は like の目的語になっていること。(目的格)
whosever car you like が大きな名詞＝名詞節で、use の目的語になっていること。
4. の例文の whosever car は is parked の主語になっていること。(主格)
whosever car is parked here が大きな名詞＝名詞節で、use の目的語になっていること。
です。
※ which の後の名詞が省略されている場合もあります。
You can use whosever (car) you like.
あなたの好きな誰のものでも使っても構いません。
口語では、whosever の代わりに whoever's や whichever person's が使われています。
これらが正用法かどうかはさておき、実際によく使われている表現は知らなければ困るので、ついでに紹介しておきます。
3. = You can use whoever's car you like.
3. = You can use whichever person's car you like.
4. = You can use whoever's car is parked here.
4. = You can use whichever person's car is parked here.
※ 時々ネットで whosever's という表現も見かけますが、所有の意味が重複しているので、明らかに間違っています。けれどもこういう表現も使われているということは、知っておいても損はしません。
言い換え表現
anyone's[anybody's][any person's] ～ (that) S + V (目的格)
ＳがＶする誰の～でも
anyone's[anybody's][any person's] ～ that V (主格)
Ｖする誰の～でも
※ 主格の場合は 関係代名詞の that は省略できません。
3. You can use anyone's[anybody's][any person's] car (that) you like.
3. あなたが好きな誰の車でも使って構いません。
4. You can use anyone's[anybody's][any person's] car that is parked here.
4. ここに駐車されている誰の車でも使って構いません。
(3) 譲歩節としての用法
whosever ～ S + V や whosever ～ V は、「(たとえ)Ｓが誰の～をＶしようとも」「(たとえ)誰の～がＶしようとも」という、譲歩の意味を表すことがあります。
その場合は、(2) の名詞節としての用法とは全く違い、副詞節[文が大きな副詞相当語句になったもの]になります。
つまり、もう一つ S + V の英文が必要です。
また、文語では、may が入っていることもあります。
まとめると、
Whosever ～ S' + (may) V', S + V )
= S + V whosever ～ S' + (may) V'
(たとえ)Ｓ’が誰の~～をＶ’しようとも、ＳはＶする
Whosever ～ (may) V', S + V
= S + V whosever ～ (may) V'
(たとえ)誰の～がＶ’しようとも、ＳはＶする
5. Whosever car you (may) use, handle it carefully.
5. = Handle it carefully whosever car you (may) use.
5. hadle Ｏ ： Ｏを扱う、使う、操縦する
5. (たとえ)誰の車を使うにせよ、慎重に扱いなさい。
6. Whosever car is (may be) used, it should be handled carefully.
6. = It should be handled carefully whosever car is (may be) used.
6. (たとえ)誰の車が使われるにせよ、慎重ｊに扱われるべきだ。
7. Whose car is this? Whosever it is (may be), it mustn't be parked here.
7. = Whose car is this? It mustn't be parked here whosever it is (may be).
7. これは誰の車だ。(たとえ)誰のであろうと、ここに駐車してはいけない。
※ 7. は car が前出なので whosever の後の car が省略されています。
言い換え表現
譲歩を表す場合、口語英語では、whosever の代わりに no matter whose を使います。
口語ですから、may はめったに使われません。
No matter whose ～ S' + V', S + V
= S + V no matter whose ～ S' + V'
(たとえ)Ｓ’が誰の～をＶ’しようとも、ＳはＶする
No matter whose ～ V', S + V (目的格)
= S + V no matter whose ～ V'
(たとえ)誰の～がＶ’しようとも、ＳはＶする
※ no matter は「問題ではない」という意味が原義で、
「Ｓ’が誰の～をＶ’するかは問題ではない → (たとえ)Ｓ’が誰の～をＶ’しようとも」
「誰の～がＶ’するかは問題ではない → (たとえ)誰の～がＶ’しようとも」
という意味になります。
5. No matter whose car you use, handle it carefully.
5. = Handle it carefully no matter whose car you use.
5. (たとえ)誰の車を使うにせよ、慎重に扱いなさい。
6. No matter whose car is used, it should be handled carefully.
6. = It should be handled carefully no matter whose car is used.
6. (たとえ)誰の車が使われるにせよ、慎重ｊに扱われるべきだ。
7. Whose car is this? No matter whose it is, it mustn't be parked here.
